Out to dinner one evening, Don began to lose all feeling on the left side of his body. After being rushed to Florida Hospital and being tested, it was confirmed that Don has suffered a major stroke.

He was then immediately treated in the emergency room, constantly being monitored and went on to experience a full recovery.
