With no one to take care of her at home, Vee decided that she would start taking better care of herself and she came to the Florida Hospital rehab center. She began working out there and with her heart complications this proved to be very useful.

Believing in the Florida Hospital mission, Vee decided to become a volunteer and while in her 90’s she continues to do so to this day.
